1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bxbjili ("bxbjili," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bxbjili website located at bxbjili.pro ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the bxbjili platform immediately and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the Site following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on bxbjili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum legal gambling age established under Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bxbjili or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or software providers.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by bxbjili or by a recognized regulatory authority, that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or nominee for any other person or entity.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) bxbjili account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bxbjili account credentials, including your username and password. bxbjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify bxbjili support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

bxbjili reserves the right to request supporting identification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Deposits & Payments

bxbjili accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposit amounts are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) equivalent unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

All funds deposited into your bxbjili account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties, is strictly prohibited. bxbjili may conduct source-of-funds checks as part of its anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance obligations.

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• bxbjili does not accept deposits made with credit cards issued by Philippine banks or international issuers, in compliance with applicable PAGCOR restrictions.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time. Any delays attributable to third-party payment processors are outside bxbjili's direct control.
• bxbjili reserves the right to reverse or void a deposit that it reasonably believes was made fraudulently, in error, or in violation of these Terms.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible, as part of bxbjili's anti-money laundering controls.

Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed identity verification ("KYC") to bxbjili's satisfaction. This includes submission of valid government-issued photo identification and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to verification status.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• bxbjili reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML compliance review.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to network confirmation times and minimum withdrawal thresholds stated on the withdrawal page.

6Bonuses & Promotions

bxbjili may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all bxbjili promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer.
• bxbjili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that the offer was claimed through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or abuse of payment reversals.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms.
• bxbjili may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively disadvantage a player who has already commenced wagering on the offer.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on bxbjili are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product vertical. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules governing that bet. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's on-screen display and the server-side result log, the server-side record shall be the definitive record.

• bxbjili reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, odds pricing error, or any technical malfunction that results in a bet being offered or accepted at materially incorrect terms.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — whether due to a player's delay or a system issue — may be voided at bxbjili's discretion.
• For live casino games powered by certified third-party providers, the result determined by the game server is final and binding. bxbjili acts solely as a platform and is not the game operator in such instances.
• Maximum bet limits per game, per session, and per day may be applied at bxbjili's sole discretion without prior notice.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bxbjili. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with bxbjili's platform in a manner not intended for genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Using a bxbjili account for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bxbjili's support team.
• Attempting to access bxbjili's back-end systems, databases, APIs, or source code through unauthorized means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any bxbjili employee, contractor, or other player through any communication channel.
• Opening an account while under a self-exclusion or account restriction imposed by bxbjili or any recognized regulatory authority.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bxbjili platform — including but not limited to the bxbjili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of bxbjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bxbjili platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any bxbjili content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the bxbjili platform.
• Use bxbjili's trademarks or branding in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement by bxbjili without written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bxbjili, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bxbjili platform.

bxbjili's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bxbjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bxbjili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance windows, third-party network disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. bxbjili will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

11Privacy & Data Protection

bxbjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using bxbjili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bxbjili may share your personal data with third parties where required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process — including disclosures to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine authorities. bxbjili will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12Responsible Gaming

13Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of bxbjili following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of bxbjili shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bxbjili's support team in writing. bxbjili will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution through the courts.

Nothing in this clause limits bxbjili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of bxbjili's intellectual property rights or to protect confidential information.
